December Visit Update

Peter W. provided this update from his visit.
Updates from this past weekend:

Dragged main road and new road to lake. Drag got caught up in dirt/mud at back side of lake area so it is sitting there. Will be moved during next trip.
Cleaned gutters and downspouts. Old leaf guards are starting to fail in a couple areas. My dad is thinking about installing a better system (metal mesh you can get at Costco for about $200).
Connected blue drain hose to downspout.
Put up acrylic panels on the back porch and the front porch.
Trimmed dead wood on olive tree by house.
Culled many of the remaining persimmons.
Put teak steamer chairs on back deck.
Put cushions on third floor.
Picked up trimming piles and put them next to road outside of fence for next chipping program visit.
Put new auto insurance cards in bureau (where they are normally kept)
