New Year Spring Brief Update

​Water is not flowing from the spring. This is not a replenishment issue, as we once thought. The runoff from loose soil after fires, significant amounts of fern growth, etc. has effected the spring development so that it is no longer functional.

We will most likely need to redo the spring and are in the process of getting a quote for the approved spring design, per county building codes.
