Spring Shang Meeting

The Board and shareholders met on site for a thorough meeting and much-overdue gathering.  Ingrid, Sophia, and Victor had come up the previous weekend and the night before, and have done a huge amount of fire prevention work around the property.  Peter C. has also been making many trips up to coordinate with the pipe repair and pump house rebuilding. Peter W. has also been doing a lot of work on site and behind the scenes dealing with insurance, legal, and keeping track of the Shang budget. More details of all of those projects will be coming soon.   Many thanks to everyone who has been working so hard to help Shang recover from the wildfires.
So, who was there?  Peter W., Peter C., Rosemary, Scarlet, Beck, Ingrid, Victor, Sophia, Daniel, Katie, and Randy. In keeping with Shang tradition, there was a fabulous spring potluck that was enjoyed around the big round table.
Protecting Shang from wildfire is the top priority.  It's important to rake, weed-whack, and water every time anyone visits.  Additional projects that will be tackled in the coming weeks are painting the upper-tank, protecting the back porch, and continuing to clear brush and branches that are part of our fire prevention efforts.
A new, printable calendar is now available on the website. Now, the Shang calendar is both available digitally through Google Calendar and in a printable pdf.
